The Story Behind The Method
I didn’t grow up in a clean home. For a long time, that was something I carried with shame. My mom was struggling — with her mental health, with asking for help, with things that felt too big and too overwhelming to face. I understand that now in a way I couldn’t as a kid.
What I also grew up with was ADHD — and in early adulthood, that meant real paralysis. A brain that desperately wanted order but couldn’t figure out where to start. No one had modeled what a functional home looked like. I had to figure it out myself, from scratch, in a way that actually worked for my brain and my life.
And when I did? Everything changed. My mental health improved. I felt calmer, clearer, more like myself. I realized the way we live in our homes is deeply connected to how we feel inside them.
That’s why I started The Reset Method — for the people who want a beautiful, functional home but don’t know where to start. For the ADHD brain that’s tried every system and failed. And for the families who are overwhelmed in ways they can’t yet ask for help with.
